Birthday Parties

Host a dance or sports themed birthday party for children ages 4 and older or a laser tag party birthday party for children ages 6 and older at the ARC! Please fill out the rental request forms below and a staff member will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Birthday parties are available on the specific dates and times listed below and must be scheduled two weeks in advance.

 

Let’s Have a Ball Sports Party $325

2-Hour Party Package Includes: 15 children and 4 adults | A maximum of three additional guests may be added for an additional fee of $10 per person. | All fees and a $50 security deposit are due at the time of booking 3 20-minute time slots for 3 different sports of your choice led by a coach in either the gym or turf (due to limited turf/gym availability, the party cannot be guaranteed for use on both the turf and gym) Sports to choose from: basketball game, basketball drills, soccer game, soccer drills, dodgeball, kickball, flag football or wiffleball 1-hour celebration time in program room with  2 large cheese pizzas from Papa’s Pizza Place, 2 liters of pop or lemonade, and plates, cups and napkins T-shirt for birthday child Option to purchase a birthday message on the ARC marquee for $10 Parties are available on the specific dates and times listed below and must be scheduled two weeks in advance The final headcount and the pizza order are due one week prior to the party

Movin’ & Groovin’ Dance Party $325

2-Hour Party Package Includes: 15 children and 4 adults | A maximum of three additional guests may be added for an additional fee of $10 per person. | All fees and a $50 security deposit are due at the time of booking 1 hours of dancing-themed games throughout the party to get everyone movin’ & groovin’ 1-hour celebration time in program room with  2 large cheese pizzas from Papa’s Pizza Place, 2 liters of pop or lemonade, and plates, cups and napkins T-shirt for birthday child Option to purchase a birthday message on the ARC marquee for $10 Parties are available on the specific dates and times listed below and must be scheduled two weeks in advance The final headcount and the pizza order are due one week prior to the party

Epic Showdown Laser Tag Birthday$200

Party Package Includes: Up to 10 participants ages 6 & older | $20 for each additional participant, up to 16 total | All fees and a $50 security deposit are due at the time of booking 75 minutes of laser tag (safety and orientation briefing included in this time) Program room for 30 minutes for cake and presents led by parents (this is not a family party option; the room is set for 4 parents and the number of laser tag participants) Option to purchase a birthday message on the ARC marquee for $10 2 staff members to lead group during laser tag Accurate taggers with hit confirmation and authentic red-dot/green-dot scopes Intense battles with up to 16 players at a time who are involved in the entire mission Real-time scoring, just like the video games Headbands are washed after each use The final headcount is due one week prior to the party
