Antonette

Antonette brings energy and expertise to every class, holding certifications in SilverSneakers, TRX, Spin, and Les Mills Body Combat. Her passion shines brightest when leading TRX and Cardio Strength Interval classes, where she harnesses the diverse range of protocols to help members achieve their fitness goals effectively. Known for her dynamic playlists featuring hard rock and 90s dance music, Antonette creates an energetic atmosphere that keeps participants motivated throughout their workouts. When she’s not inspiring others in the studio, you might find her working on her latest crochet project, restoring vintage American Girl dolls, getting in a workout at home, or unwinding with classic crime shows. Join Antonette for SilverSneakers Classic on Mondays at 10:30 AM and Thursdays at 11:00 AM, BodyPump on Mondays at 5:30 PM, Cardio Strength Interval on Tuesdays at 5:30 PM, Wednesdays at 9:00 AM, Thursdays at 9:45 AM, and Saturdays at 8:00 AM, and Pilates on Thursdays at 8:45 AM.

Elaine

an ARC fitness instructor with a Zumba certification. Her favorite form of exercise is dance, making each workout session feel like a party. When she’s in her element, you’ll often catch her dancing to “Get Ready” by Pitbull. Outside of teaching, Elaine loves to go dancing with friends, play pickleball with her boyfriend, and enjoy a good movie. With her infectious energy and passion for dance, Elaine makes fitness fun and engaging for everyone. You can Zumba with Elaine on Saturdays 10:30am-11:30am at the ARC!

Tyrianna

a certified Pound fitness instructor with an Athletics and Fitness Association of America certification. Pound gets her heart racing, but she also finds solace in yoga. Music fuels her motivation – currently, she’s vibing to “What a Bam Bam” by Amara La Negra. Beyond fitness, Tyrianna enjoys crafts and crocheting, hiking, spending time with family and friends, and binging a good show. Join Tyrianna for Pound, a cardio jam session, on Mondays at 8 am and Thursdays at 6:45 pm.

Emi

a certified Les Mills BODYCOMBAT, Les Mills BODYPUMP and Barre Above fitness instructor at the ARC. Emi loves to work out to upbeat and powerful jams, but when she’s not in the Group X room she enjoys oldies music and silence. Outside of her fitness classes, she is a martial artist and trains regularly to improve her skills for her athletic career and mental strength. She also enjoys sewing, drawing and family time with husband, two kids and two dogs. You can sweat with Emi on Mondays at 9 am at BodyPump, on Tuesdays at 5:30 am at BodyPump and 9:40 am at BodyCombat, on Thursdays at 5:30 am at BodyCombat and Fridays at 9:05 am at Barre Above.

Barbra

a certified Zumba instructor and Swiftie who loves to choreograph songs for her classes to current pop hits. Her favorite way to break a sweat is Zumba and she also enjoys walking her dog, Scout. When she’s not instructing class, she likes to unwind by reading and watching TV shows.

You can Zumba with Barbra at 9:15 am on Sundays and 6:30 pm on Tuesdays at the ARC!

Mike

a dynamic ARC fitness instructor and personal trainer with an impressive array of health and wellness certifications, including SilverSneakers Circuit and Classic classes. A fitness enthusiast at heart, he finds his passion in Kettlebell and High Intensity Interval Training, drawing motivation from the iconic “Eye of the Tiger.” Beyond the gym, Mike stays active in a 60 and over Wooden Bat Baseball League, showcases his musical talent by playing guitar at assisted living facilities, and shares his sports insights through his blog, “Comments from Coach Mike.” Join Mike for the following SilverSneakers classes: SilverSneakers Circuit on Fridays from 8:00-8:45 am and SilverSneakers Classic on Wednesdays 10:30-11:15 am; Fridays from 10:30-11:15 am and Saturdays 9:30-10:15 am.

Ylona

Ylona is a vibrant and experienced fitness professional who has been inspiring others through movement for over 25 years as a group exercise instructor and personal trainer. She has an impressive array of certifications spanning traditional and innovative fitness modalities.

She particularly enjoys teaching aerial yoga and traditional yoga, emphasizing the importance of proper breathing techniques and stretching for overall wellness. Music plays a vital role in her classes, where she energizes participants with The Weekend, Post Malone and Madonna.

Outside the fitness studio, Ylona embraces an active lifestyle that reflects her passionate personality. She enjoys concerts in the parks, boating, dancing and vacationing to tropical destinations
